Had a great new year's stay, enjoyed the lively atmosphere and festive decorations. Loved the spacious pool and beach area. The hotel's location close to shopping centers and restaurants was a plus. The all-inclusive package offered a range of beverages and food options, with plenty of vegetarian choices.
Although the staff was friendly, there was a language barrier as they mostly spoke Russian. The Wi-Fi is very poor, and you have to pay extra for the better connection.
